The Platinum Capital is a digital business-news publication. The Services include the articles, features, and editorial content we publish, the newsletter and other communications you may opt in to, accounts that allow you to save articles or set preferences, the awards programme, and any related tools we offer from time to time.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at our discretion. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice in advance.

Eligibility and accounts
To create an account or to subscribe to communications, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@theplatinumcapital.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may submit content to us when you fill in a contact form, send a story tip, submit an awards nomination, or otherwise correspond with us (collectively, âUser Contentâ).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute the User Content for the purposes of operating the Services and producing journalism, including for marketing of the Services.
You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, breach any law, or contain confidential information that you are not authorised to share.
We have no obligation to publish User Content, and we may edit it for length, clarity, and legal reasons. Our Editorial Policy sets out the standards we apply.

Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Site or the Services in ways that breach our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the rights of others. Examples include attempting to circumvent our security measures, uploading malicious code, impersonating another person, or transmitting unsolicited bulk communications through any contact channel we provide.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting suspected unlawful activity to law-enforcement authorities and disclosing relevant information as permitted or required by applicable law.
